THE BOSS Tom Abram - Owner and founder of Shaken & Stirred, Tom has over 12 years experience in the bar business and has been an integral part of some of London and Oxford's top style bars. In October 2007, Tom won a coveted place in 'Courvoisier - The Future 500', A network of the 500 future businesses in the UK sponsored by The Observer. THE MANAGERS Shaken & Stirred will appoint a manager to each event who will be your point of contact throughout the evening. They will be on hand to run the bar, co ordinate the staff, answer questions and ensure that everything runs smoothly. THE BARTENDERS & COCKTAIL WAITRESSES All of our bartenders & cocktail waitresses have been hand picked for their experience in mixology, hospitality and most importantly, their customer service skills.
